How do I commission a bespoke piece?

What medium do you use?
For my paintings I use acrylic paint on acid free archival Somerset Cotton Rag, traditionally a printmaking paper, but I find it lends itself perfectly to the painting process, allowing for vibrant colours that sit against the subtle texture of the paper.
My illustration work combines hand-drawn line drawings and painted elements with digital processes to build images and frame animations.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once processed and shipped most physical items take between 6-20 business days to arrive world-wide. An email with more detailed shipping times will be sent once the items are shipped.
What shipping method do you use?
Zines and original artwork are shipped via Australia Post, while printed items (clothing, cushion covers, bags and posters) are printed in the US or Europe and drop-shipped from the fulfilment company's location. Shipping totals are added in the first step of the checkout process once you type in location.
What is your return and exchange policy?
If by some crazy chance you're unhappy with the work after viewing it in the flesh I accept returns on most of the items listed. Just contact me at robin[at]robinclare.com within 7 days of receipt. All costs will be refunded providing the work is returned undamaged within 15 days. Please note in most cases the buyer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping for the item. If in doubt just give me a shout :D
